Christmas 2012. La Navidad 2012

Hola amigos en Malaga de vuestros amigos aqui en Inglaterra. Gracias por vuestros saludos para la Navidad. Que tal vuestro dia de Los Reyes el 6 de enero? Nosotros no tenemos los Reyes aqui ....es Papa Noel que nos trae los regalos no son los tres reyes! Para nosotros el 6 de enero es un dia normal no es un dia especial como en Espana.

Aqui hay unas fotos de dos alumnas de Y6 y los belenes que crearon. Entendemos que es una tradicion de tener un belen en casa para la Navidad en Espana. No es muy comun aqui pero si hay belenes en las calles en el centro de los ciudades y en las iglesias.

Hello our friends in Malaga from your English friends. Thank you for your Christmas wishes for Christmas on 25th December. How was your Three Kings Day on 6th January? We receive our Christmas presents from Father Christmas not the 3 Kings in England. For us the 6th January is just an ordinary day. It is not a special day like it is for you.

Here are some photos of two Y6 pupils who made these Nativity Scenes. We understand this is a custom in Spain to have a Nativity scene in the house. It is not very common here although we do have Nativity scenes in the shopping areas of towns and in churches.
